With the development of self-balancing scooters, the built-in motor drive boards have evolved toward miniaturization, high integration, and cost reduction. Corresponding products have expanded their applications to areas such as hoverboards, go-karts, camping vehicles, and beyond, further broadening and popularizing the market. This has enriched the entertainment sector while also fostering growth in tool markets and other uses.

The balance bike drive board is the core control component of the balance bike, which achieves motion control by regulating the motor, sensing posture, and receiving commands. The drive board typically integrates sensors such as gyroscopes and accelerometers to perceive the balance bike's posture and motion state, thereby adjusting the motor output to maintain stability. Additionally, the drive board controls the motor's speed and direction via motor drive chips, enabling the balance bike to move forward, backward, turn, and perform other motions.

Currently, most two-wheel drives are designed as integrated systems, with dual motor drives consolidated onto a single circuit board. The base features a heat-dissipating aluminum plate, while a highly integrated ARM chip handles comprehensive control and driving functions, significantly enhancing performance while reducing overall costs.

At the top of the driver board, there are four 63V220 μ F sensors that provide filtering and energy storage for the entire machine. In the middle, one 63V100 μ F sensor and three 16V470 μ F sensors are used as built-in 5V and 12V power drivers. The left and right sides are driven by 6-tube 3-phase motors, and two sets of 12 50V47 μ F sensors are used as three-way power drivers. The overall design is simple and efficient, with high device utilization and low capacitor height, making it convenient for installation in narrow internal spaces.

This circuit board is a disassembled component that has been used for a long time. The capacitor still performs well, and there are no obvious signs of aging on the appearance. It can still operate stably when powered on.

This capacitor is Sancon's KM series, with a temperature resistance of 105 ℃ and a lifespan of 2000H. It is the most basic and inexpensive standard product, with the advantage of being supplied in large quantities. The product is extremely stable, and its performance parameters are comparable to those of other competitors. It can meet the application environment with low requirements but high cost performance requirements. It can provide a low price and stable product experience, with a short supply cycle and available in stock.

Sancon continues to provide you with the best aluminum electrolytic capacitors.
